Today we made on of my favorite foods ever, mexican food. I was truly excited when i her we were making this type because as long as i can remember, i have always loved mexican food. first we made fajitas. these were delicious. we made both chicken fajitas and steak fajitas. for the fajitas we first had to marinate the meat.  we made two batches for each meat because LK doesn't like cilantro. after we marinated them we then fried them in a pan and they were sooo good. my group was also responsible for making homemade guacamole. this was amazing. Mrs. Ariss taught us how and it tasted fantastic. all in all, this day was amazing. i love mexican food.
