Today was special. Our foreign language teacher mrs. Buchilli came in and helped us make some italian food with her. We didn't really have any recipes because she does it all from memory, but it was amazing all the same.

My favorite thing to make was the bolognese sauce that we made with her. this was truly special and when we put it over pasta, it tasted truly amazing. this was such a special experience for me to because it really opened my eyes to italian cooking. i hope to experience more of it in the future. i cant wait to see what else we will be doing. another thing i liked about the day was these wafer thin almost waffle like pastries that we made. i thought these where truly delicious and i cant wait to try and replicate them at home.
